Main Job duties and responsibilities

Plan, develop and implement training programs for table tennis player of different skill level by identify players’ strengths and weakness
– Provide individual and group coaching session to improve players’ technique and strategy,
Provide report and guidance for improvement, and report of attendance, performance and matches
Analyze players or team performance, evaluate player’s progress and design and modify training program
Schedule, organize and lead team practices and matches
Set an example in terms of work ethics, behaviour and attitude
Promote fair play, ethical behaviour and sportsmanship
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of players by implementing injuries prevention strategies and responding appropriately to injuries
Stay updated with the latest technique, strategies and best practices in coaching
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate tournament/ events and ensure smooth running of the program

Hours: 40.00/week

Salary: annual $74,880

Job requirement:

– At least 5 years of table tennis coaching experience
experience in participating in national, continental or international championship competition, award recipient is preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem solving skills
Time management and organizational capabilities
