Fuh Station Inc. is currently looking for 2 permanent positions as Restaurant Manager to manage the Restaurant.
The main duties are:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events
Requirements:
• Dependability
• Efficient interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral communication
• Organized
Working schedule:
Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1-2 years in the same position and at least 3 years in the same setting
Language at work: English
Wage: $33.75 hour and 35-40 hours/week
