We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) our Domino’s Pizza (2253150 Ontario inc.) located at 2690 West Oak trails Blvd, Oakville, ON L6M 3T3. If you have what it takes to be successful at a busy restaurant, then this is a position for you.

Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available

Salary: CAD $37.10/hourly for 30 to 35 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
